Coliving

Coliving projects are an investment opportunity for property owners but offer higher returns than traditional rental property thanks to the additional services they provide.
The properties we look at generally take between 6 and 12 months to renovate. We target strategic urban areas, optimizing our buildings so that they can accommodate tenants in the short (extra-hotel type) and medium term (traditional coliving).
The aim is to create quality rental units that meet local demand, such as coliving flats or coworking spaces, offering investors a stable cash flow with a moderate risk profile.
